MIDiA welcomes three new hires
We are pleased to introduce three new additions who recently joined our growing team. Kriss Thakrar and Srishti Das expand MIDiA's consulting division, while Kazia Rothwell comes on as data coordinator.
Kazia has been honing her Excel skills since the age of 7, when she started indexing her Pokémon collection. These days her Excel talents are fixed towards streamlining the use of data to form strategies and keeping our enormous data bank organised. Eagle-eyed Kazia comes from a marketing background and likes to travel and play volleyball when she’s not fiddling with spreadsheets.
Kriss is passionate about helping music companies grow and comes from a background in artist development, before turning his focus to business and strategy. He has worked on various projects and aspects of the value chain, covering sync, royalties and emerging markets. Kriss is more than just about the music business though – his interests include sailing, reading and playing the piano.

Srishti is a well of knowledge on how music companies and artists can connect better with their consumers and fans. Before joining the team Srishti worked in publishing and licensing at JioSaavn. When she’s not occupied with turning MIDiA’s latest consumer trends into actionable insights, this sports aficionado can be found cheering the red devils or revved up for McLaren.
